Mr. William Fung is Group Vice President of AMTD Group and CEO of AMTD International, responsible for strategic development of investment banking and asset management businesses at AMTD. Prior to joining AMTD, he served at UBS AG, Nomura International and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Fung also has extensive experience in arranging and structuring international capital markets transactions.
Simon Au Yeung is currently the CEO of Blockchain Finance of ARTA TechFin Corporation Limited. He is one of the founding members of HashKey Digital Asset Group and assumed the roles of Head of Strategic Initiatives of the Group and the Chief Operating Officer of its virtual asset trading platform.
Prior to HashKey, Simon also led different business/service functions in global financial institutions, e.g. Ant Financial, RBC Wealth Management, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC and BNP Paribas. He started his career in Morgan Stanley and moved to PwC before joining the SFC as a regulator.
Simon is the co-founder and co-chairperson of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Hong Kong Blockchain Chapter as well as the award winner of Leader of the Year (2019/20) of IFTA Fintech Achievement Award – Outstanding Financial Technologist.
Simon is a co-inventor of three blockchain related methodologies and systems. Related patent applications were filed in China in 2020.
Simon holds a BBA degree (1st Class Honours) from HKUST, a master of medical science from the University of Hong Kong and two masters of law from Chinese University of Hong Kong and Tsinghua University. He is also an alumnus of UPennWharton School and affiliate alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management.
Mr. Alan Cheung is the Senior Director of the Trust and Artificial Intelligence technologies division in ASTRI. He leads the division in driving ASTRI’s initiatives, particularly in Fintech and Smart City areas with innovative applications such as blockchain systems, cybersecurity, secure fintech services, federated learning, risk assessment and multimedia data analytics. Being a proactive collaborator with strong business acumen, Alan is always keen to connect commercial partners to develop innovative use cases across industry sectors.
Alan has more than 20 years of experience in research and development. He is a pioneer in Blockchain technology, and his research focus spans both hardware and software applications in the secured systems domain. Commissioned by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, he led the ASTRI team to publish the first whitepaper on Distributed Ledger Technology in Hong Kong in 2016. He has also brought success in the commercial adoption of Blockchain technology in insurance, property mortgage, and supply chain management for major utilities.
Alan has rich industry and R&D experience overseas. He was previously with Sun Microsystems (Oracle) and ATI Technologies (AMD) in California, the US. He holds an M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He is also the owner of multiple US patents.
Yvonne is a veteran in the banking industry with some 20 years of experiences. She had held various senior positions over the years with a footprint in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Strategic Planning and Business Management. Yvonne was graduated in University of British Columbia, Canada with a Bachelor degree major in Economics. She obtained her Master of Business Administration from University of Leicester, United Kingdom afterwards. She was appointed by Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited as the Mentor, Micro-finance Scheme.

She has experiences in interacting with board members and upholding the high standard of corporate governance within the company. Prior to his current role, Frederic held multiple positions within BNP Paribas Global Markets in both Paris (since 2007) and Hong Kong (since 2009). His responsibilities included business strategy and development, acquisitions and restructuring, exchange-traded structured products sales, commercial deployment of BNP Paribas award-winning Smart Derivatives platform in Asia, and the development of multi-dealer platforms.
Before joining BNP Paribas, Frederic spent four years in a top tier global strategy and management consulting firm based out of Paris.

Dick Ho is an experienced leader in the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department, overseeing five key Divisions including Customer Experience, Customer Intelligence, Marketing, Sales Management and Segment Management. He spearheaded the “Live Next Level” Wealth Management rebranding campaign that offers a brand new experience to young and affluent Millennials. He has also pushed forward a number of key strategic projects in Digital Banking and vigorously promoted the mobile-first strategy for digital transformation, project management and the Agile methodology in developing the bank's personal financial business. He is one of the key change agents and contributors to the bank’s digital transformation journey.
Anthony Zhu is a Partner of BitRock Capital, a Venture Capital firm that focuses on Fintech and digitalization investments in Greater China and the USA. Andrew Loh is Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Digital Products, brings together the digital product management and technology expertise across Hong Kong and Shenzhen into one unit, creating a centre of excellence across the full HKEX Group. He is responsible for overseeing the growing portfolio of productivity tools and introducing new principles in software management, as well as incubating HKEX’s first in-house Agile and UX/UI capability to support various projects. He also supports the business in the identification of new technology needs and areas for improvement, creating a cohesive customer experience, enhancing the use of data and analytics and ensuring that colleagues are well-supported when introducing new digital solutions or embracing existing ones already used by the Group.
Louisa is the Head of Investments for HSBC Ventures in Asia focusing on fintech and health tech investments. Subsequently she became a country manager for a growth stage consumer startup launching and scaling the operations in Hong Kong. John Hsu is HSBC’s Chief Information Officer, Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, with more than 20 years’ experience in the global technology sector, John is responsible for leading our technology function in Asia Pacific, including GBA to ensure alignment with HSBC’s growth strategy to support business growth, cost effectiveness, risk management, people management and innovation.

Kelvin Leung currently leads experience design for Hang Seng Bank Wealth & Personal Banking, where he focuses on crafting user-centric experiences for the bank's digital platforms by providing inspirational and organisational leadership.
Prior to joining Hang Seng Bank, he worked at various consultancies, including Accenture Interactive, where he spearheaded the design of PayMe from HSBC from conception to completion. It has since amassed more than 2.5 million users in Hong Kong.

Akio Tanaka is Partner at the global venture capital firm Headline based out of the Asia office. His focus is Fintech, Consumer Internet, SaaS and Blockchain. He is also partner at Infinity Ventures Crypto, a leading seed stage crypto investor in Asia.
He was formerly the head of venture investment program for Adobe in Asia and was responsible for Adobe's corporate venture investment in Greater China, Japan, and India. Previous to Adobe, He held the position of CTO for Macromedia Japan working as part of the local management team as well as the position of Technology Advisor to the CEO.
Mr Nelson Chow has been appointed to the present position from 1 September 2016 with responsibilities for facilitating the healthy development of the fintech ecosystem in Hong Kong and promoting Hong Kong as a fintech hub in Asia. He joined the HKMA in 2004 and was responsible for the supervision of banks’ technology risk management and business continuity planning as well as the formulation of related policies and guidelines. He was the Deputy Chief Representative of the New York Office in 2010. After returning to Hong Kong in 2013, he took up responsibilities to supervise banks’ operational risk management and perform macro-prudential data analysis. Prior to joining the HKMA, Mr Chow was a Vice President of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. responsible for information risk management of the Asia Pacific region.
Raymond Wong, Head of Investment, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), manages the HKSTP Venture Fund and Investor Engagement departments. He has over 25 years of extensive financial services experience in venture capital, private equity investment, and investment banking in Asia Pacific. Prior to HKSTP, Raymond was with HSBC Private Equity Asia for 16 years. Active in the VC and PE circles, Raymond is a member of the Venture Committee, Hong Kong VC & PE Association and the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Business Angel Network.

Frank Ng is the Deputy Head of FinTech Department at ICBC Asia. He leads the production IT system operation management. He leads the teams of production operation management and office administration services to covering all IT production environment for internal users and external customers. He also responsible for implementing DecSecOps culture to enhance the CI/CD pipeline efficient between development and production deployment life cycle.
Frank has Over 20 year experiences in designing, deploying, operating and managing sizable IT infrastructure and Application services in Service Provider, Telecom, MNC and FSI environments. All round technology management skills from hands-on system building from scratch to IT strategic planning and design. Before joining ICBC Asia, he was the AGM of IT infrastructure transformation of CITIC Bank International and the head of Group IT infrastructure of a HK listed conglomerate.
Stefan Schratz, Head of Network Sector Coverage APAC, is based in Hong Kong since 2017 supporting the growth of international clients within ING Wholesale Banking. His 18 people team is responsible for ING’s European and US clients active in the APAC region as well as Intra-Asia cross border activities of companies with headquarters in APAC. His team provides lending, trade finance, risk management and strategic advice. Topics like ESG, innovation and digitization of treasury organizations are of high relevance and part of the strategic dialogue with key clients across multiple industries.
Prior to his current role, Stefan was global relationship manager for large German (DAX) clients in Germany. He lived in Frankfurt, London, Brussels, Paris and the US. Stefan is board member of the German Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong since 2019 contributing to the German business community in Hong Kong and beyond.
Victoria currently leads the Asian innovation activities for ING focusing on ecosystem development and partnerships with fintechs, startups, corporates, industry partners and government agencies in the Asia Pacific. She is additionally responsible for cross fertilization activities of ING’s innovation capabilities from other regions and client innovation projects. She is also involved in the scale up/spin out of matured ventures developed by the ING Labs Singapore.
Victoria is an experienced banker with a track record in management strategy, non-financial risk management and client services delivery. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for business strategy and management for both the head of wholesale banking APAC and the regional teams for Clients, Transaction Services, Capital Structuring & Advisory and Corporate Finance. She joined ING in Hong Kong in 2002 and moved to Singapore in 2005.

Che joined Joint Electronic Teller Services Limited (“JETCO”) as Chief Information Office in 2019, bringing with her solid information technology experience in the banking and finance sector. Prior to that, Che held senior IT positions in various financial institutions, including Dah Sing Bank, DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Peregrine Investment Holding and Jardine Fleming Group. Started from May 2022, Yvonne has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer to lead JETCO to continue providing fintech services to member banks and business partners.
Teng Hau is an Investment Manager at Kairous Capital, a venture capital firm specialize in cross-border investment in early-stage companies (primarily Series A-B) in Southeast Asia and Greater China.
Based in Malaysia, Teng Hau focuses on opportunities across both SEA and China in the area of e-Commerce, Fintech, Insurtech, Digital Health and HR Tech. He is responsible for the end-to-end spectrum of an investment from deal sourcing, deal analysis, due-diligence, deal execution to working closely with portfolio in their value creation initiatives post investment.

Philip leads the Partnership and Strategy efforts in Asia for Leonteq, a Swiss fintech that empowers both issuers and distributors of structured investment product through expertise and technology.
Philip brings a wealth of expertise and experience from across investment banking, fintech and the government. Most recently he helped drove business launch at Fusion Bank and Ping An OneConnect Bank, virtual banking ventures under Tencent and Ping An Insurance of China respectively. Before that he was a Political Assistant to the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the Hong Kong Government, working on the policies driving the finance industry in Hong Kong. Philip came from a derivatives and investment background through his positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Bear Stearns, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs. He was a member of the Policy Research Committee of the Financial Services Development Council of Hong Kong. Philip graduated from Cornell University and received a master’s degree from the University of Oxford on a Chevening Scholarship.
Gene Soo is the Head of Ecosystem of Global Innovation Department at MTR. Having led the creation of Hong Kong's startup ecosystem by cofounding StartupsHK, Gene is now tasked with building new businesses and enhancing the core MTR business with technology, partnerships, and new business models. Prior to his role at MTR, Gene led the launch of Citymapper, a transport app, into Hong Kong in 2015 as General Manager. Prior to Citymapper, Gene has been involved in building fashion, lifestyle and mobile gaming startups.

Eddie Lau is the Head of Operations & Strategy of Asia Pacific region for RGAX, the transformation engine of the Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA). At RGAX, Eddie leads the strategy planning for InsurTech initiatives and works with local RGA businesses in Asia to develop and grow their client portfolios by integrating digital innovations to reinsurance offerings.

Prof. SM Yiu is currently a professor in the Department ofComputer Science of the University of Hong Kong. He is also an associate executive director of the HKU-SCF FinTech Academy. His research interests coverFinTech, blockchain, cryptography, cyber security and privacy-enhancing technologies. He was selected three times by Clarivate as one of the highly cited researchers in the world. He has published more than 300 articles. He and his former PhD student has co-founded a start-up company focusing on quantitative trading using AI technologies. Besides R&D, Prof. Yiu also obtained numerous teaching awards from the department, the faculty, and the University.

Jonathan is the Founding Partner & CEO of Wings Capital Ventures, which is focused on early-stage technology investments in the Greater Bay Area. Kevin Angelini is the regional Head of M&A and Business Development, Asia Pacific and joined Zurich in 2019. His responsibility is to shape our strategy across APAC, drive strategic initiatives, identify and execute inorganic opportunities and new partnerships.
Prior to joining Zurich, he was most recently a Senior Director at Willis Towers Watson where he was Head of Greater China, Insurance Consulting & Technology at Willis Towers Watson.
